The Empire of the Blazing Sun (EotBS) is a proud nation steeped in centuries of tradition.   • The Taka Ishi represents an alternate advance in the design of battlefield assets. With its mere size it presents an intimidating target and is a beast in urban combat. It has great all round fire with its knee turrets, main turret and rocket battery.

  • The Chi Ri has a durable chassis and a wide firing arc with its turret and broadsides. It also has a good anti-aircraft ability for its class.

With three of the world's most powerful naval turrets attached to its hull, the Hachiman can target an enemy in Range Band 1 with 25 dice, hit targets in its fore arc with as many as 7AD of torpedoes and shoot out up to 9AD of Rocket Batteries at Range Band 4. Don't get too close or an AP of 12 will cost you your crew (and ship!) and an AA of 8 helps protect the vessel from aerial attacks. The Hachiman is a powerful all round vessel.

With disputes common between the China and the Russian Coalition, the Empire of the Blazing Sun created its Sky Fortress as an aerial strike platform that can strike over land or water, unleashing its cargo of fighters, fighter bombers and torpedo bombers onto an enemy from above. A major breakthrough in lightweight metals, all formulated in secret using Sturgeon’s new found element, allows massive propellers to keep the Sky Fortress in the sky.

In 1867 the Kingdom of Britannia (KoB) underwent a massive restructure of its military into a single, combined war machine that could be used to strike down insurrection around the world, whether it was on land, sea or air. The Majesty Class is a sight to behold when steaming towards the enemy, its SIX Primary turrets coming to bear on enemy targets. Defensively the model can have up to TWO Shield Generators, which can be added without losing any turrets.

The Britannia Fleet Carrier is built upon the hulls of two Battleships, and was an ambitious proposition when its schematics were presented before the Admiralty. It has smaller turrets, but with the same powerful torpedo capability, which in the front arc is combined into one large, devastating battery of torpedoes. This Carrier is more than capable of fighting off the attacks of weaker ships, and in combination with its complement of Aeroplanes has the potential to cause serious problems for isolated ships in the same size class.

The end of the Civil War led to a period of great transition for the Federated States of America (FSA). One of President Adams’ first orders was the formation of a unified military, a Federal Military with which the lands of the FSA could be protected. The Enterprise Class is, quite literally, a floating platform of death. It can slam an enemy with its THREE Primary turrets, rain down destruction from above with its Rocket Batteries and, with a plethora of anti-aircraft batteries and concussion charge stations, defend itself rather well.

Gebhard Leberecht von Blucher was a famous Prussian Generalfeldmarschall (Field Marshall) who was known for his rather direct military tactics. 'On it like Blucher' is a term synonymous in the Prussian military for taking the fight to the enemy. The designers behind this Dreadnought certainly took this to heart. FOUR powerful Primary turrets rain death on enemy targets and row after row of Tesla Coils rip into enemy vessels.

The Prussian Carrier - or Sky Fortress - is a terror to behold, especially when searchlights catch it floating above a town or city, ready to launch its Aeroplanes against targets below. This Sky Fortress has plenty of offensive capability, and is more than able to soften up enemy defences with bursts of Tesla energy and clusters of bombs dropped from high in the clouds.
