To win with the "Infect & Defile" deck, you'll need to be patient. Your deck is not designed to be aggressive, and if you simply cast your creatures and attack with them, you may find yourself quickly outmatched. Your deck has two primary advantages: first, a potent long-term plan—that is, given enough time, you'll draw more cards, have more creatures, and cast more spells. Second, you can eff ectively ignore your opponent's life total. Your deck is packed with creatures with infect. Every damage dealt to opponents from these creatures takes the form of poison counters, and a player with ten poison counters loses the game.

The "Into the Breach" deck is all about two things: speed and synergy. On their own, cards like Ornithopter and Memnite are not exactly going to end games quickly. Combined with powerful battle cry cards like Signal Pest and Goblin Wardriver, however, those unassuming zero-mana creatures can really pack a punch!

Celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Magic: the Gathering with the From the Vault: Dragons Limited Edition boxed set. Inside, you'll encounter 15 dragon cards printed in distinctive foil, including a sneak preview dragon from the Shards of Alara expansion.

Each card has been printed using a foil process never before used on Magic: The Gathering cards. Some cards in the set appear in foil for the first time.

The 15 dragon cards are all printed in the current card frame – for several, it is for the first time. 6 classic dragon cards have new artwork commissioned from artists including Justin Sweet, Todd Lockwood and D. Alexander Gregory. All cards are black-bordered and tournament legal.

From the Vault: Dragons will be available in English only, and will have an extremely limited print run.

Just as the Shadowmoor set turned the plane of Lorwyn on its ear, the Eventide set distorts everything Shadowmoor established. Enemy colors combine and create new strangeness on hybrid cards. Wither, persist, and the untap symbol are back, and are joined by two new mechanics: chroma and retrace.

Color matters more than ever in Eventide, and the new ability chroma puts an exclamation point on it. Chroma asks you to count up the number of mana symbols that appear in cards you're using—the more mana symbols there are, the more devastating the effect.

Cards with the retrace ability take every land you draw for the rest of the game and turn them into weapons to abuse your enemies with.
