Take part in one of the most ambitious architectural projects of the Spanish Middle Ages in our new game of the week - Alhambra!

The year is 1278, and you are travelling to Granada, Spain, to take part in the most exciting project of the time! Gifted architects from both Europe and Arabia come together to showcase their craft. Employ the most talented and competent team of workers, but make sure you keep track of your spending!

In Alhambra, players work toward constructing buildings within their complex, while managing 4 different currencies within the game. Workers are paid in their native currency, and so different buildings are available through one of the 4 currencies. Your job is to manage your finances wisely in order to obtain as many buildings as possible. Alhambra rewards efficiency - when you purchase buildings for the exact amount of money, you get to have an extra turn!

The points are awarded during the scoring phases of the game - for the most buildings in each of the six building types, and for the longest external wall around your Alhambra. The game ends when the market can no longer be replenished with buildings, and the player with the most points wins!
